About Clay Campbell, M.D.
Clay Campbell, M.D. is a solo family practitioner who received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Bucknell University and his Medical Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma. He completed his family practice residency for the Family Practice Residency of Idaho in Boise, Idaho and was board certified by the American Board of Family Practice in July 1994, 2000, and 2013. He served as Chief of Staff for Bear Lake Memorial Hospital from 1996-97, 2003-04, and 2009. He is the Medical Director for the Bear Lake Memorial Hospital’s Home Health and Mental Health. He served as a board member of the Bear Lake Valley Health Care Foundation from 1996-98. He has previously been a board member of the Idaho Academy of Family Physicians and has affiliations with both the University of Washington as a preceptor and with Idaho State University as Affiliate Faculty.
