The Bear Lake Valley Health Care Foundation and Bear Lake Memorial Hospital Employees raise money specifically for High School Senior Projects that directly impact the community. Funds have been raised through an Annual Charity Casino Night and at the Bear Lake County Fair Food Booth.
Students interested in applying should contact Foundation Director Shane Johnson at 208-847-4450 or download the guidelines below. Applications must be received at least 6 weeks prior to funding for a project is needed.
High School Seniors interested in pursuing a career in Nursing or anything in the medical field. Applications are accepted until April 1st and will be announced at Award Ceremony for student’s High School. Applications are giving to the school counselors.
