Clay Campbell, M.D. is a family practitioner who received his Bachelor of Science degree from Bucknell University and his M.D. from the University of Oklahoma. He completed his family practice residency with the Family Practice Residency of Idaho in Boise, Idaho and was board certified by the American Board of Family Practice in July, 1994 and 2000. He served as chief of staff for Bear Lake Memorial Hospital from 1996-97, 2003-04. He is the medical director for the Bear Lake Memorial Hospital Home Health and Mental Health. He served as a board member of the Bear Lake Valley Health Care Foundation from 1996-98. He also served as the secretary of the board of directors of the Idaho Association of Physicians from 1995-97. He has recently been appointed a board member of the Idaho Academy of Family Physicians and has affiliations with both the University of Washington as a preceptor and with Idaho State University as Affiliate Faculty.
