Meet the Clinical Team

Ramsey R. Miles, DPT

Ramsey is the Director Rehabilitation for Bear Lake Memorial Hospital.  He attended Utah State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Human and Movement Science with a minor in Spanish. Ramsey graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Utah in May 2015. He specializes in Vestibular Rehab and Orthopedics. He began his professional career at Mountain Land Rehabilitation. He became the Director shortly after that and worked with outpatient orthopedics. His clinical internships included; U of U Orthopedic Center, U of U Hospital ICU and Acute Rehab, U of U Hospital Neurological Rehab.

Ramsey loves spending time with his beautiful wife, Whitney, and daughter, Brynlee. He enjoys working on cars and is restoring a 1965 Chevy Nova. He likes being outside, hiking, snowmobiling, camping, and snowboarding.  His office is located in the hospital, and he can be reached at 208-847-4417.

Greg Hyde, DPT

Greg attended Southern Utah University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science. After completing his undergraduate studies, Greg attended Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions where he earned his clinical doctorate of Physical Therapy. He participated in 52 weeks of clinical experience as a graduate student. There he developed skills in various fields. Greg was mentored in a rigorous manual therapy experience with an emphasis on back pain management, post-operative physical therapy, and sports therapy. Additionally he has developed skills dealing with other disorders including vertigo, torticollis, and balance training for diverse patient populations.

Greg is a passionate fishermen, husband, and father. He enjoys spending time outside, and loves taking his wife and kids out on the river in search of aggressive trout.

Justin Brunner, DPT

Justin received his Bachelor Degree in Pre-Physical Therapy from the University of Utah and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Idaho State University. He has experience treating vertigo, lower back pain, and orthopedic rehab.

He enjoys outdoor activities such as snowboarding, backpacking, hiking, fishing, and four-wheeling. Justin is married with three children. He was born in southern California, but spent his teenage years in Hyrum, Utah. He remembers driving over the mountain to swim at Bear Lake, or carve powder at Beaver Mountain and will now get to enjoy that more often.

Frankie Rasmussen, PTA

Frankie is a Physical Therapy Assistant. She received her Bachelor of Sociology from Brigham Young University – Idaho and her Associate of Physical Therapy Assistance from Idaho State University. She has been with Bear Lake Memorial Hospital since 2013 and has also completed two clinical rotation at both Intermountain Health Care’s St. George locations.  She has also received eight weeks of aquatic training.

She loves to read, ride her bike, play boardgames, and travel.

Shannon Lamm MS, CCC-SLP

Shannon is a Speech Language Pathologist and enjoys the wide variety of people she gets to work with. She received her Bachelors in Communication Disorders from Utah State University, and her Masters in Speech Language Pathology at Idaho State University. Shannon has experience using American Sign Language, and treating speech disorders, childhood apraxia, language disorders, fluency disorders, traumatic brain injuries, syndromes from birth (Downs, Angelman, ASD, etc.), Parkinsons, and much more.

Mandy Tingey, SLP

Mandy comes highly recommended and has a wide variety of experience, especially with the pediatric population. She is excited to get to know the community.
