Welcome to Bear Lake Memorial Hospital’s billing information. In addition to your hospital bill, you may receive separate bills from your physician or other professional service providers involved in your hospital care. If you have a question regarding your hospital based physician bill or would like to make a payment for that bill, we ask that you contact their offices directly.
Shortly after receiving services you will receive a detailed account statement. If any of the information on your statement is incorrect, please contact the Patient Financial Services Department at (208) 847-1630, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
If you are unable to pay your balance in full please contact our Patient Financial Counselor to set up a payment plan.
If you do not have insurance, a Patient Financial Counselor will discuss financial arrangements with you. Our Patient Financial Counselor is also available to assist you in applying for Medicaid or other government assistance programs.
