Dr. Lance S. Longmore and Dr. Ryan B. Dr. Lance S. Longmore is a clinical cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist with extensive broad training in the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of cardiovascular disease. He is board certified in cardiology and internal medicine, clinical cardiac electrophysiology, and nuclear cardiology. His practice also includes diagnosis, medical management, and ablation treatment of arrhythmias and implantation of pacemakers and defibrillators. Dr. Longmore earned his Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. He completed medical school at the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine of Midwestern University, Glendale. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the St. Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, as well as fellowships in cardiovascular outcomes research, cardiovascular disease, and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. He also completed an Advanced Electrophysiology fellowship at the University of Kansas Medical Center where he received further training in advanced ablation of complex arrhythmias, and excimer laser and mechanical extraction of cardiac implantable leads.

 

Dr. Ryan Longmore is a board certified cardiologist, and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC). He is also board certified in internal medicine, nuclear cardiology, cardiac echocardiography, cardiac CT, and cardiac MRI. He completed advanced cardiac imaging fellowship at the Harvard Brigham and Women’s program. Dr. Longmore attended medical school at Midwestern University, Arizona, and completed cardiology and cardiovascular outcomes research fellowships at the Mid America Heart Institute at the University of Missouri, Kansas City, KS

Dr. Adam Matthews- Podiatrist   Patient Admit Forms

Dr. Matthews main office is in Pocatello but will be seeing patients and performing surgery at BLMH twice a month. Dr. Matthews is another hometown boy that got a medical education and now wishes to return and treat the citizens he spent his childhood. Dr. Matthews, after graduating from Bear Lake High School, attended Idaho State University on a track and field scholarship; later served a two-year mission for the LDS Church in Canada before graduating from Idaho State with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. His educational direction changed following his marriage, he was introduced to the wonderful profession of podiatry through his father-in-law who is also a podiatrist. Dr. Matthews attended the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL, where he earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his Surgical Residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Matthews and his wife, Krista, have four children; two girls and two boys. Dr. Keith J. Nelson, M.D., Orthopaedic Care   

Dr. Nelson is a Cache Valley native who has always been involved with sports. His love for sports is what inspired his practice and specialty in sports medicine. He takes great pride in surgically repairing injured athletes and assisting them with getting back to the game. He followed his graduation from the University of Utah Medical School with orthopaedic training at the University of Southern California. Dr. Nelson then completed his fellowship training under E. Marlowe Goble, M.D. in sports medicine and knee disorders. Dr. Nelson is an innovator who works as a consultant developing new arthroscopic tools to aid in surgery. Dr. Justin P. Parkinson, Board Certified Urologist Patient Admit Forms

Dr. Parkinson and his wife Chelsy look forward to getting back to their roots in Idaho. His wife was born and raised in Hailey, Idaho where they met in high school and were later married. They have three boys the eldest, Jordan is a Geologist working with Soils Analysis, Austin studying Economics at Weber State while working at Fidelity, and Cooper is studying Pre-dental at the University of Utah. Dr. Parkinson and his wife have spent most of their time over the last 20 years at a high school football or basketball game. Outside of work they enjoy most things outside. If there is snow on the ground you can find him on the back of a snowmobile and if the sun is out you can find him and his family boating.

Dr. Parkinson attended the College of Southern Idaho and received his degree in Biochemistry from Idaho State University.  He graduated from the University of Utah School of medicine and completed his residency at the University of Iowa. As a practicing Urologist, he has a special interest in bladder dysfunction, urinary incontinence, kidney stone management and prevention, vasectomy and vasectomy reversals, interstitial cystitis, urinary tract infection, low testosterone, minimally invasive surgery, and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
